Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our meetings.

Q: How old do you have to be to attend the meetings?
A: Participants must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are 18 or older, you may attend without a parent or guardian.
Q: Do I need to register?
A: Yes, You may register at the door, or click here to print a Registration Form.
Q: Is there any fee to attend the meetings?
A: Yes. $1.00 per week, per person.
Q: How many people attend your group?
A: Between 35-40 per week. We break into three smaller groups.
Q: What topics are discussed at the meetings?
A: We discuss anything related to a mood disorder diagnosis.
Q: Will I be expected to talk during the group sessions?
A: Not if you don't want to. You are welcome to sit and listen.
Q: Can I bring my spouse/family member/friend with me to the meeting?
A: Yes! We welcome family and friends.
Q: Do you provide childcare?
A: No. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare services.
