Medical Advisor

Our medical advisor is Paul E Keck, Jr., MD, Professor of Psychiatry and Pharmacology and Vice Chairman for Research, Department of Psychiatry, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Keck and his staff provide us with the most up-to-date information on medications and treatment options for people with depression and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Keck also serves on the State and National Scientific Advisory Boards for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance.

DBSA Cincinnati is represented on the UC Department of Psychiatry's Community Advisory Committee. This Committee reviews research protocols for testing medications.
